At Ebony Beauty Haven, we go the extra mile to ensure your total satisfaction of our customers by sourcing for authentic products and keeping our communication channels open even after sale.
We will offer refunds ONLY for damaged or lost goods. We would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This mostly happens in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, kindly contact us within 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT by sending an email to support@ebonybeauty.com or on whatsapp +2348122220660

Before you contact us:

  • Make sure you check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY/PICK-UP.
    If there is any damage done, DO NOT accept DELIVERY
    You will be contacted by our team, and we will give you details of your refund. Please note that REFUND WILL TAKE 24-48HRS
  • In the case of non-delivery/lost goods or your parcel exceeds the estimated delivery time, do not hesitate to call +2348122220660 or send us an email at support@ebonybeautyhaven.com with your order number we will help you track your order and give you details as to why there’s a delay.
    Please note, in a case where your parcel has been lost ( for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and try to rectify the issue. If after 7 days, your parcel has not been found, we will pay a refund into your account.
  • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  • Process a refund or exchange and by emailing  hello@ebonybeautyhaven.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can ship the product you would like to return to. Upon inspection allow 24hours for your account to be credited.
  • We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
  • Kindly confirm the account details on the website before making payments as we are not responsible for payments made into the wrong bank account.
